Valecraft publishes few prices online. Townhomes at Shea Village were listed from $640,900. Ask for the current price list.
What is a reservation?
Some builders take reservations before a phase opens, so you get an early pick of lots. Ask whether a deposit is needed, whether it is refundable and when the agreement of purchase and sale is signed.
Do I need my own agent to buy a new Valecraft home?
You don't have to, but the builder's sales team represents the builder. Your own REALTOR® usually costs you nothing on a new build, because the builder pays the commission. Contact your agent before your first visit, because registering on your own first can affect whether your agent can represent you.
