What does coming soon mean?
The builder has announced the community but has not opened sales. You can usually register for updates. Registering with a builder does not commit you to buy.
Do I need my own agent to buy a new Uniform home?
You don't have to, but the builder's sales team represents the builder. Your own REALTOR® usually costs you nothing on a new build, because the builder pays the commission. Contact your agent before your first visit, because registering on your own first can affect whether your agent can represent you.
