As of October 20, 2026, Richcraft lists communities in Stittsville, Mapleton, Kanata, Kanata, Findlay Creek, Riverside South and Orléans. Mapleton and Gateway Flats in Kanata sell from a sales centre on Hampshire Place in Stittsville.
How much are new Richcraft homes?
Published starting prices begin at $377,979 for two-bedroom flats. Townhomes start in the $480,000s to $580,000s and singles from the $700,000s, depending on the community. Confirm the current price list, since some of these prices date from earlier this fall.
What are flats?
Single-floor condo homes, usually two bedrooms, in a low-rise building. Richcraft sells them at Trailsedge Flats in Orléans and Gateway Flats in Kanata. Ask about condo fees, since they add to the monthly cost.
Do I need my own agent to buy a new Richcraft home?
