Where is Phoenix building new homes around Ottawa?
As of October 20, 2026, Phoenix lists communities in Findlay Creek, Carp, Greely and Barrhaven.
How much are new Phoenix homes?
Phoenix does not publish prices on its community pages. Ask the sales centre for the current price list and what it includes.
Does Phoenix build on larger lots?
Yes. Diamondview Estates in Carp has released lots of 50 feet and wider, and Shadow Ridge in Greely has a phase planned with lots of 66 feet and wider. Ask about servicing, since rural lots can be on a well and septic system.
Do I need my own agent to buy a new Phoenix home?
You don't have to, but the builder's sales team represents the builder. Your own REALTOR® usually costs you nothing on a new build, because the builder pays the commission. Contact your agent before your first visit, because registering on your own first can affect whether your agent can represent you.
