Where is Glenview building new homes in Ottawa?
As of October 20, 2026, Glenview is selling in Riverside South, Orléans, Stittsville and Rockcliffe. At Ironwood, 41 single-detached homes are planned, with Glenview joining Cardel Homes in the community.
How much are new Glenview homes?
Glenview publishes few prices online. Back-to-back townhomes at The Commons in Orléans are advertised from the $420,000s. For other communities, ask for the current price list.
What is a Ready-Built home?
A home the builder has already started, so you can move in sooner than with a pre-construction purchase. At Union West, Glenview lists Ready-Built homes with move-in dates from December 2026 to November 2027.
Do I need my own agent to buy a new Glenview home?
You don't have to, but the builder's sales team represents the builder. Your own REALTOR® usually costs you nothing on a new build, because the builder pays the commission.
