Buying a new Claridge Homes home
Where is Claridge building new homes in Ottawa?
As of October 20, 2026, Claridge lists communities in Alta Vista, Kanata South, Downtown, ByWard Market, Downtown, Kanata North, Findlay Creek, Riverside South and Stittsville. Iron Valley and Bridlewood Trails in Kanata share one sales centre, and the two downtown condos sell from an office on Rideau Street.
How much are new Claridge homes?
Claridge publishes few prices on its site. Ask the sales centre for the current price list, and check whether the price includes HST rebates, upgrades and lot premiums.
Does Claridge build multi-generational homes?
Yes. Claridge lists multi-generational homes in several suburban communities, including Copperwood Estate, Lilythorne, River's Edge and Westwood. Check zoning and the floor plan if you plan a separate suite.
Do I need my own agent to buy a new Claridge home?
You don't have to, but the builder's sales team represents the builder. Your own REALTOR® usually costs you nothing on a new build, because the builder pays the commission. Contact your agent before your first visit, because registering on your own first can affect whether your agent can represent you.
