Where is Caivan building new homes in Ottawa?
As of October 20, 2026, Caivan lists Richmond Village, Stittsville, Orléans, Perth and Barrhaven as now available on its site, with Perth coming soon. Rhythm and Cassette in Orléans are sold out.
How much are new Caivan homes in Ottawa?
Published starting prices around October 20, 2026 begin at $297,044 for stacked townhomes. Two-storey townhomes start in the low $500,000s and singles from about $700,000, depending on the community.
What is a free assignment?
An assignment lets you sell your purchase agreement to someone else before closing. Some Caivan offers waive the builder's assignment fee, but legal and admin fees can still apply. Have your lawyer read the clause.
Do I need my own agent to buy a new Caivan home?
You don't have to, but the builder's sales team represents the builder. Your own REALTOR® usually costs you nothing on a new build, because the builder pays the commission. Contact your agent before your first visit.
