Greg does real estate differently. He has spent close to 20 years helping buyers and sellers across Ottawa (and more specifically the Orleans market) navigate one of life's biggest decisions without the typical sales tactics. His approach is simple: be real, be resourceful, and treat every client like a person, not a transaction. Each deal is its own adventure with its own set of challenges, and Greg thrives on finding creative solutions that actually work.

Personable, genuine, and fun to work with, Greg is the kind of agent people trust because he's transparent from day one. He stays deeply plugged into market trends and cycles, and negotiation remains one of his greatest strengths, especially in multiple-offer scenarios where composure and strategy make all the difference.

Originally from Ottawa, Greg spent 12 years in Vancouver working in the nightclub industry — promoting events, performing live with his musical groups, DJing, producing, and running his own recording studio. That world gave him an instinct for reading people and adapting on the fly, skills that translate directly into real estate. When he moved back to Ottawa, he started working alongside his mother, a seasoned agent with decades of experience, and still does today.

Beyond the buy and sell, Greg is building something bigger. Through his new media company, The-Me-Dia, he creates content that educates and connects. He co-hosts the, new to market, Closing Day podcast with his partner Luka, breaking down the Ottawa, and national market in a way that's honest and actually useful. He's also developing The Un-Agent platform to teach other agents his systematic yet authentic approach to the business. And his music never stopped, his On The House DJ project keeps the house and nu disco alive, blending a lifelong passion with a growing personal brand.

Greg's daughters, Alexa and Savannah, are his inspiration and the reason behind everything he does. Together, they run Friendship Threads, an e-commerce business that's teaching them entrepreneurship firsthand. When he's not working, you'll find him with his family, staying active, dialing in daily habits, or making music with his wife, Anna.
